Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if applicable)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges associated with international shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@yourstore.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing or shipped.
