Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Certain items such as final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, or downloadable products may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you would like an exchange, please contact us first.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
